Expert review
The design and build of the Egate Atom 3X are fairly standard for a budget smartphone, with a plastic body that feels durable but lacks a premium feel. The display is one of the highlights of the device, offering good color reproduction and decent brightness levels.
The performance of the Egate Atom 3X is where it falters, with noticeable lag and slowdowns when running multiple apps or playing graphics-intensive games. However, for basic tasks such as browsing, social media, and messaging, it should suffice.
In terms of value, the Egate Atom 3X offers a good balance of features and price, making it a decent option for first-time buyers or those on a tight budget. The camera capabilities are also a strong point, with the device able to capture decent photos in well-lit conditions.
The Egate Atom 3X is best suited for buyers who are looking for a budget-friendly smartphone with basic features and are not too concerned about performance or premium build quality. It may not be the best option for heavy users or gamers, but for casual use, it should be sufficient.
