This Privacy Policy describes how ApniList (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating the website apnilist.co.in (the “Service”), collects, uses, and shares information about you. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account data: when you sign up, we store your email address and any profile fields you provide (display name, avatar). Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.
• Activity data: products you wishlist, price alerts you create, and search queries — stored to deliver the Service and improve recommendations.
• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on page, and referrer — collected via Google Analytics 4.
• Cookies & local storage: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and serve relevant advertising.

How we use your information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To send price-drop alerts you have opted into.
• To measure performance and understand how visitors use the Service.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.

Advertising — Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on the Service. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers (Supabase for storage and auth, Resend for email, Google for analytics and advertising, Vercel for hosting) under their respective privacy policies, and where required by law.

Your choices

• You may delete your account by emailing us at the address below.
• You can clear cookies and local storage at any time via your browser settings.
• You can unsubscribe from price-drop emails using the link in each email.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
